Jansen Jekk Tesnado is the founder and chief executive of Notus Regalia, the technology holding and venture-building company he established in 2025 while still an Information Technology undergraduate. He leads the company's governance, systems architecture, and engineering — setting its long-term direction and building the shared technical backbone its ventures run on. Drawn early to the conviction that the people closest to a problem should own its solution, he turned a student-led initiative into a founder-operator platform working across government, defense, healthcare, enterprise, and energy. Today he focuses on shaping the organization's culture and ensuring every unit operates in alignment with its core mission.
