Jansen Jekk Tesnado — Founder & CEO

Jansen Jekk Tesnado is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Notus Regalia, a technology holding and venture-building company he established in 2025 while pursuing a degree in Information Systems at the University of Santo Tomas. Guided by the principle that enduring progress depends on the ability to develop and control critical technologies, he founded Notus Regalia to create solutions that strengthen national and industrial capability. Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Tesnado has served in executive leadership positions within the University of Santo Tomas, contributing to student governance, elections, and organizational development at the university-wide level. His leadership experience includes executive roles within the UST Central Commission on Elections, the UST Student Organizations Coordinating Council, and the UST Central Student Council, where he has worked on institutional initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and organizational governance. As CEO, he leads the company's strategic direction, governance, systems architecture, and engineering, overseeing the shared technological foundation that powers its portfolio. His work centers on designing scalable institutions, cultivating high-performance teams, and aligning every venture with Notus Regalia's mission of advancing critical industries through technology. Today, he focuses on long-term growth, organizational culture, and building enduring capabilities that extend beyond any single product, market, or generation.
